The twelve Local Education Authorities (LEA) within the West Midlands combined their recruitment efforts in order to offer a single point of application for all newly qualified teachers. I designed 1+1=12 campaign as a campaign to primote the ease of application and communication of working with West Midlands. The campaign went on to run across two years recruitment and spilled out into web, exhibition and roadshow initiatives.
